
Participating in Odyssey of the Mind (OM) requires each team to engage in fundraising efforts essential for the program's success. This year, we have organized a short-term, hands-on project to help you kick off the season while raising important funds.
The Conway Public Library's Odyssey Teams will host a miniature golf event inside the library. Community members, OM participants, and families are all invited to come and play miniature golf for a fee. Proceeds from the event will support our teams' participation in the Maine OM Competition and provide the materials needed to tackle their long-term problems for the competition. The Odyssey of the Mind teams are putting the fun in fundraising!
Students will design and create their own mini golf holes for the game played inside the Conway Public Library. This event will showcase the STEM skills they develop as part of this creative, team-building program while helping to raise essential funds to support its growth in the coming years. The funds will help cover membership fees, tournament costs, and provide necessary supplies for their projects.
Costs to participate:
- Play as a team (up to 6 people): $20.00
- Play as an individual: $5.00
