On the first Monday of each month, come and join The Knitting Guild in the Ham Room from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The Knitting Guild is a great place for all knitters and provides a place for those who need new knit friends to come and meet one another. It is a place where knitters are able to expand their skills in a setting where creativity and knitting possibilities are limitless. All are welcome to join. In 2024, there will be themes for each meetups, they will be listed below.
Themes:
January *Jan. 8th* ~ Finish it or RIP it: Bring in your unfinished projects and members will advise whether to finish or RIP unfinished projects.
February ~ If you Need Help: Bring in your project and members will share their tips and tricks to get the job done.
September - December ~ Knit to Give: For the next serval months, the group will be focusing on knitting items for the December's Festival of Trees event.
November ~ Special Demonstrating: Linda Sorenson will demonstrate her skills with her spinning wheel and Ruth Stevens will be demonstrating drop spindle.
