Head to Wonderland in Conway Library park, and enjoy a fantastical tea party followed by a friendly game of croquet with the Mad Hatter, the Red Queen, Alice, the White Rabbit, and MAYBE the Cheshire Cat (if you can find him). Wear your Saturday best, and please RSVP HERE.

Gear up with sunscreen, picnic blankets, and shades! Young children (5 and under) and their caregivers are invited to enjoy stories, songs, movement and activities with Tessa in the library park at 10:30 AM every Wednesday. Free, and no sign-up is required.

What has bones, fur, and four legs? MAMMALS! In this program we learn about what makes a mammal a mammal, as well as the cool adaptations that our local mammals have to survive in our sometimes harsh environment.
Dexter Harding has taught all elementary grades and pre-school as well. For this afternoon session of Tails and Tales he weaves together his love of music, kids and nature. We'll have multi-cultural storytelling and lots of singing along! FREE!

Join EB from Green Mountain Conservation Group and the Conway Public Library in learning all about frogs! In following the summer reading theme “Tails and Tales” we will be reading two books about frogs, “The Teeny Weeny Tadpole” by Sheridan Cain and illustrated by Jack Tickle, and “Growing Frogs” by Vivian French and illustrated by Alison Bartlett. We will also learn about what it means to be an amphibian, metamorphosis, and the frogs we can find in our backyards!
