* In the event of rain, story time will not take place. If Tessa is absent, another library youth services provider will substitute.

Steve Blunt and Marty Kelley: Animal Tunes and Tales

Award-winning children’s musician Steve Blunt & best-selling author/illustrator Marty Kelley team up for a fun, fresh library show with music, books and lots of laughs. These longtime friends perform catchy tunes on a variety of musical instruments--and Marty reads a few of his books aloud, with projected illustrations. A highly original combination for kids & families at the library!

Frog Discovery Time

Join EB from Green Mountain Conservation Group and the Conway Public Library in learning all about frogs! In following the summer reading theme “Tails and Tales” we will be reading two books about frogs, “The Teeny Weeny Tadpole” by Sheridan Cain and illustrated by Jack Tickle, and “Growing Frogs” by Vivian French and illustrated by Alison Bartlett. We will also learn about what it means to be an amphibian, metamorphosis, and the frogs we can find in our backyards!
