Summer Reading Event: Barnyard Party with Foxx Run Farm
Come pet some small friendly farm animals from local Foxx Run Farm at the Conway Public Library! You can even practice reading aloud to them if you’d like! This is a free event--bring a camera to capture some cute memories!
Summer Reading Celebration: Ice Cream Party with Monty the Moose
Aaron Risi will be here to celebrate his friend, Monty the Moose as he plays the ukulele and leads some drawing lessons for the crowd. There will also be lots of ice cream to enjoy at this free program to celebrate the summer reading program, Adventure Begins at Your Library.
Summer Reading Family Event: Stop Motion Movie Production with White Mountain Science (WMSI)
Join a WMSI educator who will guide you as you work together with your family members to create your very own stop motion video! This hands-on opportunity will combine creative art and technology to produce a final product that will be sure to bring lots of joy. All are welcome in the library park under an event tent. Magic Show with Robert Clarke (Summer Reading Kickoff Event)
Robert is always so popular in our community, we like to bring him back every year for our summer reading program kickoff celebrations! Robert will amaze, make you laugh, and involve the whole crowd in his magic tricks. Be sure to bring your cameras and phones! All are welcome, under the tent in the library park. FREE!
