Newspapers of the last 50 years: mirrors of the community with Mark Guerringue

Conway Daily Sun Publisher Mark Guerringue will reflect on 30 years of running a community newspaper.

Some topics to be discussed include the following: 

  • What it is like running a community newspaper in the internet age and the challenges that poses. 
  • What it is like running a newspaper in a community where everyone seemingly knows everyone.  
  • Some of the most memorable stories of the past 30 years. 
  • Thoughts on "fake news" and the future of journalism.
