America is preparing to celebrate 1776 on the 250 anniversary of American liberty coming soon. New Hampshire legislators ordered a new copper coin to be struck in 1776 the date of the start of the American Revolution. The words American liberty are surrounding the pine tree on the front of the coin and the date 1776 is on the reverse alongside a Stringed harp.
At first glance it is a simple copper penny design a pine tree and a stringed harp. Prepare to be amazed as the coin has a secret to reveal or more accurately the coin has another turn to be examined.
Michael Callis will give a half hour presentation followed by question and answer period.
