Local favorite Marc Stowbridge will share his exciting knowledge of the heavens to explain what we are seeing when we look at the sun. Use of the telescope, and other hands-on technology will be included.
Matt Krug will entertain our summer readers with mythological stories about the stars and constellations. Don't miss this storytelling event.
Area children, caregivers and anyone interested are invited to enjoy a special White Mountain Waldorf puppet show. This will be followed by a Conway Library story time.
3...2...1...BLAST OFF with our very own space traveler as they experiment with MAD science and perform experiments with audience member assistants.
Students in the area can come shred their schoolwork for the end of school, while they sign up for Summer Reading and receive their first prize!
Mrs. Dupuis' s Elementary class will visit as part of their community education.
Attendance at this program is limited to parents and caregivers who are with their children. No adult may attend this program without a child. The program starts at 10:00AM and ticket holders can begin entering the meeting room at 9:30AM.
What is Drag Queen Story Time? Two characters named Crystal and Mimi will read books to children followed up by a craft. Books to be read will be from the following list:

For Free Comic Day we will be giving away a variety of comix on a first-come, first-served basis. Also on display will be our Graphic Novel collection, as well as displays from White Birch Books collection of Graphic Novels.
