The Library will remain closed through May 4th. We are once again offering door front pick up consistent with the Governor's emergency order.

Staff will be working from home and in the library on a variety of tasks. Our online services will continue to be available. Stay safe everyone.

Sincerely, Your Friends at the Conway Public Library.

For the Love of Pollinators

We’ll review habitat creation/conservation, pollinators and honeybees. How best to encourage healthy pollinators to your yard? And, if you are ready to take on a new hobby, we’ll offer several suggestions and answer your questions. We’ll demonstrate several beekeeping techniques, as well as ways to pollinate your garden with Mason Bees, how much fun it is to make seed bombs, and provide a honey tasting!

International Potluck

Make a dish to share that represents your culture or tradition, and enjoy learning about community neighbors. If you would like to do a "show and tell" representing your culture or nationality, please do! Screen and projector available for brief slide shows, etc. Call 447-5552 for more information.

Animal Sounds with Squam Lakes Natural Science Center

Animal Sounds
Animals make sounds for a variety of reasons – to attract a mate, to defend their territory, to capture prey, or even to escape predators. Join a Squam Lakes Natural Science Center naturalist and three live animals native to New Hampshire to hear their sounds and discover the reasons behind them.

This program occurs during a teacher workshop day. Caregivers and children are encouraged to attend!
