Wellness is a program aimed at enhancing the access of older adults to vital public health services. Our array of offerings includes a dedicated COVID-19 call, a platform fostering healthy social connections, and a dynamic community calendar. covid-19 call center assists with answering questions around COVID, guidance on booster shots and assist in vaccine scheduling. Through our healthy connections page we present statistics from the US Surgeon General emphasizing the importance of being socially connected. Additionally, it features a link to our report detailing statistics concerning loneliness and social isolation in New Hampshire. Lastly, our community calendar, serves as a vibrant space for partners to showcase their events statewide, catering to the needs of the aging population in New Hampshire by providing enriching activities and opportunities for community engagement.
