The Intersection of Food, Environment, Climate Change

This information packed program will start with a brief introduction into agriculture and how USDA has played a significant role in what we eat. We will open up the topic of health care, outcomes, and what we can do every day, three or more times, to help our health and the environment.

After a brief discussion with a few talking points, we will watch the 2017 documentary called, "What The Health" and examine what influences our health care which is overlapped with  what is happening with climate change.

The evening will include  delicious samples of food from Taste of LIFE, Valley Vegan Bakery, and Woodland Kitchen and Market.
