This meeting was rescheduled from December 30th. Attendees will discuss the book, Sweep, and enjoy a book swap and refreshments. Please bring a gently used book to swap, and a snack if you would like.
All youth in grades 6-8 are invited to join this group with new book selections each month. Snacks, games, and an occasional book-related movie are some of the fun to be had. Group leader is 12-year-old, Zoe Groves, with the guidance of a youth librarian.

Animals make sounds for a variety of reasons – to attract a mate, to defend their territory, to capture prey, or even to escape predators. Join a Squam Lakes Natural Science Center naturalist and three live animals native to New Hampshire to hear their sounds and discover the reasons behind them.
