Looking for materials that we don't own? If you are a Conway Public Library cardholder in good standing, we will try to borrow materials for you from another library in New Hampshire. However, it is important to note the following:
Once a request has been processed and received by the Conway Public Library, the requesting cardholder will receive telephone notification. Interlibrary loan materials are held for seven days after notification. Items awaiting pick-up are located on the Reserve Shelf behind the Check Out Desk. When returning interlibrary loan materials, please make sure that accompanying interlibrary loan slips are returned as well. This makes processing the return of materials easier for staff.
Looking for a specific article from a magazine or journal and it is not available through our subscription to the EbscoHost database (click here to access EbscoHost)? We will try and get the article through the New Hampshire State Library's Article Express service. Article Express is an Interlibrary Loan document delivery service available at no cost to public, school, and academic libraries in New Hampshire. It is NOT available directly to individuals. Please contact us for more information.
Please review the Interlibrary Loan section of the Conway Public Library’s Materials Selection/Collection Development Policy before making a request.
Check the New Hampshire Union Catalog to see if an item you want is owned elsewhere in the state. To request interlibrary loan materials, please complete and submit the form below. Please use a separate form for each request. Forms are also available at the Check Out Desk.
